GYM "Daily" Rental Info

The Gym is available for hourly or daily rental. For hourly please click the Gym hourly rental info tab. Any events serving beer/wine must be full day rental.

“Daily” rental includes use of Gym, kitchen/prep area, restrooms, stage (for DJ) & playground.

"Daily" rental requires “Event insurance / One Day insurance rider” and must be obtained & provided by renter. All Sports event must have event insurance.

"DAILY" RENTAL PRICES for GYM

FRIDAY, SATURDAY or SUNDAY ~ 10AM-12:AM

Music off at 11:PM. Renter clean up from 11:PM to 12:AM (see cleaning below), everyone out by midnight, including DJ.

Canned beer or a keg only, no hard alcohol or champagne. NO GLASS bottled beer or NO GLASS bottled soda.

Deposit is refundable if no excessive cleaning is required and there is no damage done to the premises and/or property of REH.

We recommend a licensed server for any event that has alcohol, so you can enjoy your event without worrying about your guests.

Renters set up all tables & chairs unless linen package is rented from REH (see other items for rent link.)

This rental includes two hours of set up time the day before only if there is NO event that day. The set up time is usually 6:PM to 8:PM. Rehearsals can be done during that time if needed.

CLEANING INFO:

When your event is done, renters pick up all garbage and put in the dumpster. Remove all personal property, event recycling, and rented items (other than ones rented from REH). Leave the tables and chairs up, do not stack chairs along the walls. Everyone out by midnight, including the DJ. 

What we clean: Wash the tables and chairs & put them away, sweep, vacuum & mop all areas, clean & sanitize bathrooms, clean kitchen, and pick up outside litter. Any unusual or extensive cleaning will be charged from the deposit. (Unusual cleaning examples: vomit, confetti, food on walls, etc.)

Use of tables & chairs for the amount of guests rented are included in rental, plus extra for food, gifts, etc.

Metal folding chairs

Tables available: (25+) 8’ x 30” rectangle can seat 10 guests, (12) 4’ round can seat 6 guests, (2) 5’ round for cake and gifts, (6) 4’ x 24” multi height tables work great for counter height bar.

Guests may not exceed amount agreed upon at time of rental agreement or price may increase to correct rental price.

We have a Kitchen/Prep room (NO stove) with sink, counters, tables, microwave, refrigerator and small chest freezer for ice. Use your own caterer or bring your own food.

STAGE for DJ (Bands only if approved by REH), Music must stop 1 hour prior to closing, this gives the DJ time enough to remove all their equipment. NO SMOKE or SMOG machines are allowed, please inform the DJ.

PARKING: Large parking lot! Please NOTE there is a STAFF parking area, please do not park in this area or block the entrance for this area. 15 minute unloading is ok. Thank you.

LARGE Grass area, patio, and playground for kids to play!

RESTROOMS: 2 restrooms 4 stalls in each plus one handicap stall in each.

Ramp for wheel chair/handi-cap access.

Optional:

Add the Small 10’ x 6’ Dressing room available for additional $50.00

Add the large Class room for Dressing room only option is additional $200.00.

Please NO FOOD in the extra rooms.
