Gym "Hourly" rental prices

ALCOHOL is NOT ALLOWED at hourly rentals

Two hour minimum and Six hour maximum rental for hourly rentals

Above 100 guests and more than 6 hours must be full day rental: see prices in Daily Rental info link/tab

FRIDAY, SATURDAY or SUNDAY between 10:AM to 9:PM

$60 per hour for up to 30 guests

$75 per hour for up to 50 guests

$100 per hour for up to 100 guests


Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs "Hourly" rental~ between 8:am to 9:pm

Friday 8:AM to 5:PM 

$50 per hour for up to 30 guests

$60 per hour for up to 50 guests

$100 per hour for up to 100 guests

All hourly events require *refundable security deposit.

*$150 refundable security deposit is required for every 3 hours of rental.

*$300 refundable security deposit is required for every 3 hours of rental for sports events.

Deposit is refundable if premises is cleaned and left as it was prior to the rental and there is no damage done to the premises and/or property of REH.

Use of tables and chairs are included in rental for the amount of guests reserved.NO ALCOHOL allowed at hourly events. If alcohol is present, the event will be shut down immediately and deposit will be forfeited.

CLEANING INFO:

At the end of the event, Renter(s) must: Remove all decorations (unless rented from REH), remove all personal items, pick up & remove all food, recycling and garbage inside and outside, then clean do up.

RENTERS Clean up: Wash all tables, put tables & chairs on racks, sweep, mop, vacuum rugs, clean kitchen, clean & sanitize restrooms. All GARBAGE & RECYCLING is to be hauled away by renter(s).

Gym is heated and has A/C.

Kitchen/Prep area with refrigerator, sink, microwave, small chest freezer for ice, counters & tables. Sorry no stove. Use caterer of your choice or bring your own food.

Playground, patio and large grass area for kids to play!

2 Restrooms each with 4 stalls and 1 handicap stall in each.

LARGE PARKING LOT!

Note on parking: Please refrain from parking in staff parking area. Please do not park in this area or block the entrance. NO parking on the grass or patio. Please follow parking lot markings and do not block or park in drive thru areas marked with arrows. Thank you!

Guests may not exceed the amount agreed upon at the time of rental agreement or price may increase to correct rental price.
